Joshua Lubins ("I," "me," or "my") operates the Prompt Generator for AI art mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use my Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

I do not require you to create an account or provide personally identifiable information (such as your name or email address) to use the core features of the App.

Usage Data & Device Identifiers

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, I may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Local Storage

The App uses local storage (Room database) to save your:

• Generated prompt history.
• Favorite prompts.

This data remains on your device and is not uploaded to my servers.

I may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate my Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on my behalf, or to perform Service-related services. These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on my behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Advertising

I use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain my Service.

3. Links to Other Sites

My Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided me with Personal Data, please contact me.
